Do you allow your vans to go out of state?
Yes, we do. You can travel to any of the 50 states and Canada.
Can you deliver the van to me?
We can and will deliver anywhere in the Tampa bay and Orlando area for flat delivery and pickup fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tours longer than three days require a non-refundable 30% deposit to reserve the vehicle. Tours of three days or less require a non-refundable deposit equal to one day’s rental. Tours cancelled on the day of the reservation or afterwards will be charged for the entire reservation.
What is your mileage policy?
Lux Van Rentals includes 300 miles for every day of rental. This mileage allotment covers most of our customers. We do have to charge a little bit extra to clients driving a high number of miles on a per day basis, as it is increasing our maintenance cost while decreasing the vehicle’s value. Additional miles will be charged a mileage fee on a per mile basis (most van are 35 cents a mile, although some vehicles may vary).
What is your breakdown policy?
We provide a 24×7 nationwide RSA number in each vehicle. We are extremely proactive when it comes to getting repairs. We will reimburse all maintenance cost with receipt back to customer. Diesel vehicle periodically need a refill of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid). This fluid helps make the vehicle very low emission and is better for the environment. You will get a warning light when a refill is required. DEF is sold at most auto parts stores and is inexpensive and easy to refill. Keep your receipt and we will, of course, reimburse you. Please contact us know before you do any service to the vehicle.
In the event of any accident/emergency call 911 for any assistance and get a police report. Please report us immediately, take the picture of incidents and text us.
Mechanical repair policy
If any mechanical breakdown, call us immediately PH (813) 618-7969, You can take the van to any Mercedes/ford dealership for repair and keep all the receipts of repair with you for reimbursement. If you can’t repair the van in less than 24 hours in a workshop, you need to find a suitable vehicle for your convenience. We are not responsible for your new rental. We will close our rental agreement from the time of mechanical failure and reimburses the rest of your money.
What is your payment policy?
All payments are due when you pick up the vehicle and final payment is due at return of the vehicle. We accept credit card, online payment, check. We require all customers to make a deposit of $350 in advance and is refundable on return of the vehicle as agreed in the contract.
What is your insurance policy?
You must be over 25 years of age to drive our vehicle with 100,000/300,000 liability insurance. Business customers/music band to drive our vehicles with minimum 1 million liability insurance in company name. CDW/Additional Insurance Coverage: You can purchase from us. This will cover up to 40,000.00 value of the van.
Do the vans come with entertainment system?
Most of our vans have a Smart TV and Blu-ray & DVD player you can connect phone, IPad, Android phone. Customers are responsible to return the audio/visual equipment’s without any damage.
